Finalize the Program

After a council’s fundraising event is over, there is one final step to complete the campaign. This is a very important step! It informs Columbus Charities how to distribute the funds and keeps a record of your campaign.

Council Drive Report Form

This form is very important! At the end of your fundraising drive, fill out this form, attach all invoices or receipts, and mail your final numbers to the Tootsie Roll Chairman. This form and all funds raised by your drive must be submitted within 30 days of the last day of your fundraising drive.

Request for Distribution Form

Councils will need to fill out this form and authorize where your raised funds will go and to which charities. This form can be submitted together with the Council Drive Report Form, above.
